Al CEM Can Felipa you’ll find a variety of swimming courses aimed at all ages and levels. From courses designed for small children, to others from medium to advanced levels, to those wishing to master their skills, you’ll find what you’re looking for.
We also offer our members a variety of aquatic activities conducted by our specialists: AquaMother, AquaGym, AquaDeep and AquaToning.
Courses for BABIES (6 months to 3 years)
An activity for parents with their babies, practiced in the small swimming pool, the objectives of which is to familiarize your infant for the first time with an aquatic medium. The session, which lasts 30 minutes, incorporates various exercises conducted by a qualified monitor to adapt your baby to the water.
Courses for CHILDREN (3 to 14 years)
Courses designed for boys and girls in small groups at different levels and ages. The levels range from beginners to medium to the mastery of various styles. These sessions are 45 minutes.
On the first day of the course there is a level test to determine which group is the most suitable for each child. The courses are conducted, depending on the case, in either the small pool or the large one. Each group has outlined objectives: breathing control, floating, feet propulsion, techniques of style, and a host of others.
Courses for ADULTS and SENIOR CITIZENS (16 years on)
- Beginner groups for those requiring adaptation to the water, as well as those who have fear of it or who at one time or another began a course but still feel insecure.
- Maintenance and Mastery groupsfor those at a particular level who wish to work on form and style.
- Swimming courses for SENIOR CITIZEN: designed for people over 60.
Guided aquatic activities for adults (16 years on)
All sessions are 45 minutes.
- AquaMother: Guided activity designed for pregnant women. These sessions help women stay in shape and reduce the discomforts of pregnancy.
- AquaGym: Guided activity conducted in the small pool to music, the goal of which, through various exercises, is to tone and achieve greater flexibility and endurance. Because these exercises are done in water, the risk of injury to the joints is reduced. This is highly recommended for elderly people.
- AquaDeep: Guided activity conducted in the deep pool, the goal of which is to improve physical condition by way of various aquatic exercises.
- AquaToning: Guided activity whose goal is to tone the body by way of various aquatic exercises.
